This February marks another anniversary for San Antonio’s original Margarita Monday! The 22nd is national Margarita Day and three years ago a small group of Margarita connoisseur’s set out to guide our viewers through the mediocre to the best ‘Rita in SA. Now years later we are still on that path. This week we step out of the normal cantinas and into a local fish joint that dabbles into some tasty margaritas. The original is out in Clear Springs Tx. just outside New Braunfels and worth the drive.
